* New purchases only. Borrowers must be prequalified by Truity Credit Union. We guarantee the loan will close within twenty-five business days of receipt of your signed contract (not including Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays). If we miss the deadline, we will credit $595 to closing costs at Truity Credit Union. This guarantee is void if any of the following unlikely circumstances beyond our control arise: the borrower fails to perform; title defects are discovered; the property needs improvements or repairs before closing; or the contract close date is outside the stipulated 25 days. FHA loans, refinances, construction loans and home improvement loans do not qualify for this guarantee.
